Customer Redemption Information
All More Rewards redemptions must be placed and picked up by the individual whose name, or linked name, appears on the More Rewards card account. All orders must be redeemed in full at time of purchase. Please note that due to uncontrollable circumstances, rewards may be back ordered and the delivery date may be extended. We reserve the right to discontinue an item or to substitute a similar item of equal value. We provide no guarantee that any reward will remain available for the entire term of the rewards catalogue. In the event that the product is not available, a full refund will be given.
Returns and Warranty
If you experience a problem with a reward item, it may be returned to the store that it was ordered from within sixty (60) days of redemption. All returns must be in the original packaging, with accessories, and be accompanied by the receipt. Any additional warranties will be handled directly by the manufacturer. Gift card redemptions are a final sale and may not be returned. Please note: Photos are for illustrative purposes only.
