How do I create an online account?
Go to www.morerewards.ca and at the top of the page click enroll. If you already have a More Rewards card, be sure to select Sign up to get an Online Account, and then enter the required fields. You will then be asked some personal account information for verification. Once complete, More Rewards will send you an email with a link that you will need to click on to activate and create a password. Note: When entering the AC# be sure it is in all caps.
To check your points total, simply log into www.morerewards.ca and your points total will be displayed at the top of the page under your name.
To update your email address, log into www.morerewards.ca then click on your account, and then under manage account click change email. It will proceed to ask for your current email address followed by your new email address.
On the login screen at www.morerewards.ca, click forgot your password and then enter your More Rewards card number. An email will be sent to you with information on how to access your account. Please note the email is only valid for 24 hours.
The AC # (activation number) can be found on the back of the wallet sized card. If you don’t have your wallet card, you can email us at customer_service@owfg.com or call us at 1-800-242-9229 with your More Rewards card number.
Replacement cards can be received at any of our store locations. If you don’t have your card number, a team member should be able to help locate it with personal information and will be able to link it to a new set of cards.
You can redeem points online at www.morerewards.ca under the redeem points tab or in any of our store locations at the Customer Service desk.
Note: To view all categories in the catalogue click redeem points then click all categories.
To change your mailing address, log into www.morerewards.ca, click on your account, and then click on manage account.
This must be done in store at the Customer Service desk as a signature will be needed from both cardholders stating that you agree to have your cards linked. Note: Points will be pooled together and if the cards need to be unlinked, the points will be split 50/50.
