Desiree Scott, Winnipeg, Soccer
Desiree's pregame meal is always pancakes with strawberries and Canadian maple syrup. Some may call it a superstition - we call it yummy. And it works - Desi currently plays professional soccer, has won two Olympic bronze medals, a Pan American gold medal and has more to come!

Avalon Wasteneys, Campbell River, Rowing
Avalon is preparing for a monster summer in the boat and loves to share her favourite recipes and quick tips for food on the go! Although she just started rowing in 2015, she has excelled on the worlds scene!

Zak Madell, Okotoks, Wheelchair Rugby
Wheelchair Rugby is a rough & tumble sport – which leaves Zak pretty hungry after a long day in the gym or on the court. Having already represented Canada several times, Zak is training for his third Paralympic Games with the goal of reaching the podium again.

Brigette Lacquette, Dauphin, Hockey
Brigette focuses on her nutrition closely to help manage food sensitivities and ensure she is ready to perform on the ice. Having already starred collegiately, professionally, and internationally, Brigette wants to add to her Olympic silver medal and 3 World Championship Medals.
